good morning maam , my son is 9.5 years old and he is very thin with less hemoglobin an his weight is around 24.5 kg plz suggest maam what to doo.

A. good morning jaggery , ragi, green leafy veggies, dates, soaked black raisins are good sources of iron. include that in baby's diet. also add lemon juice in dal rice to enhance iron absorption. consult pediatrician for medications if necessary
