good morning ma'am , meri normal delivery hue one year ho chuki hai but mujhe ab aisa lagta hai ki Mera uterus prolapse hi rha hai , jab bhi mai stool pas karti hu ya urin to mujhe kuchh halka sa dikhta hai, ma'am mai kya karu please suggest

A. then you get gyne check up. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
