well,it is not necessary for kids to reach at ideal weight range
if Child is having enough weight (4.5 to 7 kg) , looks happy and active, then no need to worry
but if it is less than this then I advise you to give plenty of breastfeeds as well as give some food items like boiled mashed potato, sweet potato, rice, fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
