good morning dr ...my 3.3 years old 14 kg is having stomach pain and vomitting and fever 101.5 F since yesterday....not eating anything...TCV is given when 1.5 yrs old....kindly adviceasktheexperts

A. dear mom you may give your child tab lanzol jr once a day empty stomach, syp dolo for fever in right dose and offer lots of liquids/ ors water ok
