Good morning dr, from past two days my daughter is suffering from frequent fever for every 5 to 6 hours, it has started after we travelled to Bangalore two days before. Giving paracetamol oral drops 3 times a day. Please suggest what to be done?

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paradcetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular interval and meet the doctor immeddiately
