good morning doctor my son got a fever last 3 days back I gave him calpal syrup and then he recovered from fever but he has fixed drug eruption if I give him paracetamol content syrup or tab he will get skin rashes arround his mouth kindly suggest fever syrup and what to do for his skin rashes thank you

A. hi instead of it , Best to opt for Homeopathic medicines for this and for skin Rashes, apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
