good morning doctor I have a baby 10 month old he eats less dosent eats as much he should pls guide me what should I give that he eats a good meal

A. hi j have a good day babies at this age have identity of self, express their needs, refusals. try finger foods. many babies are keen on that. try changing menu altogether, give chunkier foods. all these phases typically occur in babies, do not worry. give all mashed , chunkier foods ,fruits to your baby. keep the timings same as your meal and snacks times, so it will be easy for you to prepare and feed. see child's likes and dislikes. do not forcefeed

A. Hi parent Give her easy to digest food Don't use RO water Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Give her more probiotics you may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time
