Good morning Doctor, I am 5 months pregnant & I am suffering from cold, cough and nasal congestion. could you please suggest me some medicines.

please give luck warm water for drinking
please take steam twice a day with steamer
please take daily sun light exposure
please take cup of warm milk with haldi and pinch of salt twice a day
