Good Morning... can I offer 3 times solids to 7 months old (2 times home made porridge & 1 time nestle ceralac )

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. that's good wil advice cto add more verity, fruit and veggies. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
