Good morning Boss How can I gain weight of my daughter

A. Dear parent, good morning! For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts to baby’s diet. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
