good morning 3 days back my baby got burned left leg as show in the image what should ? request to suggest necessary steps

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. immediately after burns you have to keep the body part involved inside the cold water for few minutes. after that you have to meet the doctor for the zmedicines to be given. it is important to maintain hygiene so that secondary skin infection does not occur and give plenty of water to drink and take a follow every 3 days with the doctor. for pain you can give paracetamol /ibuprofen to the child.
can later apply burns cream like burnheal, silverex. z

You can apply silver X ointment into this and get it checked with your doctor let the skin come first on this because this car is little deep and after that you can apply any other ointment on that but first you should get it checked with your doctor and accordingly will advise you further
