Q.
Good evening Sir My baby girl is now 1year 8days old now .Plz suggest me,that can I start cow milk now and can we add normal spices in her food which we eat but invery less quantity. Plz can she have have normal food that we eat regularly. Plz answer my question as soon as you get my question. Thanks

you should prefer food not very oily and spicy
gradually you can make the family meal baby food
set the meal plan
