Hello dear parent, we'll rashes, redness, allergies etc are very common among babies  you can pay coconut oil or Babyhug massaging oil on the affected areas. Repeat this process after 2 to 3 hours. It must heal or get better in few hours but if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric once. Good luck and take care
