good evening sir and mam iam brestfeeding mom 45 days completed i delivered normal delivery but my period return in 45 days any problem sir and mam please suggest me

A. can br hormone. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
