DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is getting pain in his tummy while pooping so mostly he has a tight potty so give him plenty of fluids and fruits and vegetables and oatmeal daily
