Good evening,my daughter is 4years old,her weight is 11kg but she not gain weight what to do.

It’s Like all most over 3 to 5 KG is underweight according to the current age of your child so I am going to say you just need to give good amount of protein to the child try to give egg on an every day basis because it’s a source of protein and if needed please check and advice from a nutritionist
