Good evening Mdm/Sir, pls suggest me best nutritional food to my kids.Today i noticed one white hair on my 5 years old son head and i feel tension why white hair came at small age.pls suggest me

White hair have become very common with kids from the time of birth you can apply mustard oil into the hair to avoid further greying of hair also I would advise you that you should regularly go ahead with giving Iron multivitamin supplement to the child as of now
