Good evening mam I am having spotting since 2 weeks, may be due to copper t.I have appointment with my dr next week meanwhile could you plz suggest me with the med to stop bleeding . Thank you mam

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. if you have inserted the copper T there may be bleeding for 10 to 15 days no need to verify that you just need to you have proper rest and avoid more off long Standing and heavy workouts for about one month

It’s all normal and common
No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Wash hands often before touching your baby
