good evening ma'am can i use tempon (jyoti age 37) is it safe for internal part because first tow or three days of period I have very leakege . plz suggest me.

I suggest you to use a menstrual cup instead because it is very good and doesn’t have any complications like toxic shock syndrome which is common with tampons
