Good Evening Dr..My baby is 2 years 8 months she speaks few sentences like give me this give me that ..take me to park..but she is unable to speak our language..Is it normal??.. does speech delay causes delay in academics??

But if your child is already expressing it will take me out to the park give me this that the other that means a child I speaking your language only I do not know what do you mean by saying our language can you please provide me a clarity and if your child is speaking that was there would be no problem in academics or anything it is just a matter of time how are you communicate and how you teach your child to speak in a certain manner and respond in a certain manner
