good evening doctor my kid is 4 year old his stool smell so bad and he is eating less nowadays I have attached a pic of stool pls tell me what to do

Hello mom a bad sour smell gives a clear indication that the it is a stomach infection , kindly take care of his diet and keep him more in fluids and also easy to digest foods C curds , butter milk , vegetable. Soups , fresh fruits or juices as well , mild flavoured foods - idli - Upma , kichidi , etc
