Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! From 6th month onwards semi solid foods cerelac,fruit,vegetable puriees ,mashes are suggested..
Until 5 complete months exclusive milk breast milk or formula milk is suggested.
Yes you can introduce formula milk ,check suitability of formula milk and after a month start semi solids - cerelac once /twice a day rest of the day milk..
