A. then u can do exercise. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss.

A. hi parent walk more take more millets don't take packaged and processed food like maida take sunbathing daily keep yourself well hydrated
