Good afternoon dr. My son is 2 month 23 days old, he got his 3rd vaccination today and he is crying and have fever ... What should I should do, please suggest me something.... Thanku

A. please apply ice cube on the injection area continue to give paracetamol drops 3 to 4 times a day Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination if required there is need for appropriate investigations also in this regard o k
