Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. ye so knw .constipation in children is quite common and can be corrected by diet changes . Give plenty of water and other fluids like buttermilk juice to baby . Include fibre rich food items like fruits papaya , banana and green leafy vegetables spinach, carrot in baby diet . Can use glycerine suppository for immediate relief from hard stools .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Give more water.. give your kid lukewarm water every morning and it's good to give warm water throughout the day. Include a banana everyday. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
