Good afternoon doctor My 1 mon old exclusively on breastfeefing didn't pass stools since 3 days though she's passing gas May I know what should I do in her case?

A. Constipation is common in this age in fact it would be surprised to know that a child can go without pooping for 10 to 15 days also at a stretch in this age which is common to be seen but if the child is comfortable and taking the feeding properly then there is no problem at all
