Good afternoon doctor I I have a heavy bleeding at the time of period can you help me with a home remedy.

A. do a usg to find cause. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please hve jeera and ajwain water at the time of periods. lso evaluate once with doctor in person and follow the prescription after that if required. take care
