Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi...This temporary red rash are normal after birth and could cover the little one’s body and usually surfaces on the chest and back. The rash and pimples will disappear in a few days. Baby skin rashes are common but ensure that you take precautions.
