Gm Dr. my son is 2.5 years old he is having itching and after itching he has rashes so what to do and what medicine I will apply ?? please suggest

Vitamin E cream you can apply regularly maybe this is just due to dryness into the skin that your child is facing this kind of a problem and once the child scratches it becomes more dry and rashes appear so you can apply the cream at least four times in the day
