Or jab m ukdu jameen par bethti hun tab mujhe aisa feel hota h jaise anus waali jagah par jor sa feel hota h or kuch mota mota s bhi feel hota h.....lower tummy nhi upper tummy bhut fatty sa h yeah sab normal h kya agar nhi toh fir main kya krun?
