givitha ko stomach infection hua tha kaafi tym se pet me dard rehta tha use jb chek krvaya to kaafi jada infection ho gya hospitalised b karaaya ab to thik h to kya cheez di jaye is khane me

A. Dear mom har 6 months me ek baar baby ko deworming tablets de jisse pet me infection waapas nahi aayega. Aur khoob saare greens, fruits, dahi, vegetables aur paani se hi pet ki good bacteria ki count badhegi aur kabhi bhi infection waapas nahi aayega

A. Hi parent please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
