Giving badam, dry dates, nutmeg is safe for babies???as they do from old rituals

A. it's good to avoid as it might causes infection. Breast milk is nature’s perfect food for babies.Breast milk contains the perfect mix of fat, protein and carbohydrate for the babies ..  It contains protective substances that give her immunity to diseases. In the early stages of a baby’s life, breast milk meets all of her nutrient needs.

A. All these things can be given to the child from the age of seven months not before that I know in lot of family is it is a traditional rituals to be given to the child was practically it’s not healthy as per doctors I am suggesting you so would suggest you to avoid as of now
