if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is s normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child.
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
