if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is s normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child.
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child

Newborns up to 3 or 4 months old need 14 to 17 hours of sleep in a 24-hour period, usually waking every two to four hours to eat. Breastfed babies should eat as much as they want at this age, but a general rule of thumb is roughly 16 to 24 ounces of breast milk or formula in 24 hours.
