A. Hello, your baby boy is 45 days old and he has received a vaccinations and he doesn’t take breast feeding properly so don’t worry it’s very temporary one juice give him vitamin drops

A. you can give calpol drops three times a day for now it may take 2-3 days for the baby to have normal activities like before . . . . .
