Q.
generally I had routine of my bowl movement once in the early morning. since third trimester I use toilet twice without any schedule, sometimes at mid night. Is it because my diet has increased?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. this can be because of the uterus pressing on the rectum sometimes can be change in diet alsoFurther it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi no it is normal to get it but keep your body well hydrated prefer light food like khichdi, curd rice, upma etc avoid heavy food items. and if you feel exhausted ,or any other discomfort ,you must consult your gynecologist
