general question related to travel taking my twins in train 3 hours travel what precautions to take to avoid infection

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important to maintain hygiene of the hands of the children because there are many areas in the train which is not having proper hygiene and this can lead to spread of bacterias and infection. during train travel it is also important to take homemade food because outside food can cause food poisoning. you can give fruits which can be peeled and cut. take all important reveal medicines which will be given by your doctor
