gd morning doctor..my baby is 43 days old..her weight is not increasing..she actually born with 3:2 kgs..same weight till now....and she is not pooping daily...

A. Siri show child is gaining about 400 g in a month 4 to 500 g Idly is considered very good chef and 43 days your child has been somewhere around 6 to 700 g in that is good enough and if not then I would advise you to go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child
