hota hai it's fine. It is  normal for the baby to not pass motion freely even for up to one week if the baby is on breastfeeding so no need to worry .  if it is above one week or baby s in trouble then you can apply glycerine suppository for easy motion of the baby . no syrup for medicine is given orally till 2 years of age for constipation by self  as not recommended.

it seems that your child is having constipation problem
so ,I advise to keep your child well hydrated.
give diet like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child which will definitely help.
avoid giving bakery food items.
