Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme prehyparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Himalaya Bonnie spaz Five drops when we given to the child four times in a day you give this medicine as and when required you can give it every day because gas issues and colic issues are very common with kids at this age so you can give this medicine every day as and when required
