from yesterday my child is having like this rashes on his face I cant judge it's bitten by mosquito or not

A. This is not a rush this is either a major mosquitoes thing or your child is suffering with an allergy I would advise you to get a check with your doctor you need to be more sure about the problem behind this but this is definitely not a simple rush that’s what I can tell you
