from yesterday I stopped breastfeeding my baby... it's been 24 hours by now... my breath r getting heavy every minute nd it's getting really painful ... can anyone suggest medicine for tht or any way to get relief

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. as you have stopped breastfeeding then you will have to express and discard the milk which is being produced in the breast it is not all of a sudden it will take some time you can take medicines to stop

please do the following things:
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
try warm compress or take hot shower or warm water bath for this .
try to express milk through breastpump or hands.
visit your gynecologist
