Q.

from day before yesterday my baby is doing poo again and again . in a day 5 to 6 times and that is of like water and of either green or yellow colour

A. If the stools are watery frothy and foul smelling then start giving ORS and zinc drops and if still you f no improvement then consult your Paediatrician on phone and take consultation
