from 9 days my 4 month old baby not gaining weight..im getting worry about this please suggest me anything

A. Teething maybe happening with your child and that can lead to loss of appetite and that can lead to loss of weight or getting stagnant weight for the child so try to increase the appetite of the child and regularly feet with a specific interval if that helps otherwise otherwise you may have to start with formula feeding
