Q.

from 1 week my son is doing vomiting if I give vomkind tablet it will stop or else again vomiting .. he is not taking food also..

A. You cannot continue with the medicine all the time there has to be some problem which is associated with this you better get a check with your doctor at least you’ll find a permanent solution to the problem
