This is growing pain , which is normal in most of the cases. Just massage leg, in severe pain give paracetamol

This is basically called growth pain which is commonly seen with kids from the age of 3 1/2 years +2 up till the age of 13 years or so which is completely normal for massage regularly on the legs and start with vitamin D and calcium supplement
