Q.

four months old baby ,5.400kg , After' feed also he is sucking finger...if he need more intake ,I need to start something else.

A. good evening this is a matter of habit it has actually nothing to do necessary but the child feeling hungry I would request you to check after feeding the baby if he is able to get a burp or not
