Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if you are concerned about yourself you can take tablet neurobion forte once daily for one month and and further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
