you can use even cleaning with normal bodywash 3 times a day will help maintain proper ph balance.

The doctor do not suggest you to use all these watches intimate wash is actually not good they disturb the pH balance of your vaginal area which is why the doctors do not suggest you to use these intimate wash is just use any miles so if you want you can make some anti-septic liquid into water and then you can clean that area
