Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. give massage to your child daily. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day. avoid using soap while bathing your child. don't give bath for more than 10 minutes. maintain good hygiene.
