A. no... after 6m semi solid... give formula milk.. drink shatavari for milk lactation or consult with doctor

A. Shatavari powder you can start with yourself if you can take three times in the day with warm milk which will help in elevating your lactation but I cannot advise you to start giving food before completing the time of six months as that’s not right
